A strange number appeared on my phone just now: 00011976000 was the caller ID.
The phone only rang twice then stopped, so I had no chance to answer, but I am not sure I would have done anyway.
A number like that makes me suspicious.
It also seems that many other people have had the same experience, all around the world. I am now curious to know who they are.
