However. Russia supports other parts of the Chinese statement.
China also called for an end to sanctions against Russia.
China has also criticised those countries wishing to join the NATO defensive alliance.
The Ukrainian charge d’affaires in Beijing has stated that Ukraine will not agree to anything that keeps Ukrainian territories occupied and puts Ukrainian people at the aggressors mercy.
