Never forget & never forgive the false promises of NATO which ultimately would lead to the current conflict in Ukraine.
The above appears to be a piece of Russian propoganda.
In 1990 the United States secretary of state promised Soviet leaders that “there would be no extension of NATO eastward”
However, the United States does not control NATO.
NATO did not agree to refuse membership of NATO to new applications.
The US only deployed troops past the 1990 NATO line, after Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014, and illegally occupied Crimea.
