Unfortunately for many people who are used to shopping at Amazon, there is no amazon.com.au website, or at least not at the time of writing this.
So what do people do instead ?
For many items you can still buy from the UK Amazon site, or the USA Amazon site and some items are, at times, even delivered Free of Charge to Australia.
Books and DVD’s are common items, and as long as the order is for under A$1,000, there are no Australian Customs or Duty Charges to pay.
