Russia appears to have shifted its operational focus away from the Donbas town of Bakhmut to areas to the north and south.
With the offensive on Bakhmut itself looking to have stalled, Russia’s forces are redirecting their efforts to Avdiivka, south of Bakhmut, and to the Kremina-Svatove sector in the north.
