Russia cannot end this War.
The Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, speaking at the G20 meeting in India, said that the question of when Russia will negotiate an end to the war should be put to the Ukraine President.
This obviously shows that Russia does not intend to stop their invasion until Ukraine surrenders and gives control of their country to Russia.
