To make 10 Small Yorkshire Puddings
- 290 ml Milk
- 115 gm Plain Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 15 ml Olive Oil
- Mix the Milk, Flour, Salt and Eggs into a batter with an electric mixer.
- Leave it to rest for 10 minutes, while preheating oven to 230°C.
- Preheat a lightly oiled 12 cup muffin tray, or 2 x 6 cup trays.
- Divide the batter into the 12 sections.
- Cook for 20 minutes at 230°F.
