The changing price of Milk in the UK, and the proportion paid to the farmers, is shown in the chart below:

Retail Prices per Litre are calculated from the standard 4 pint bottle, at 4 Imperial pints = 2.273 litres.

The above (at June 2010) shows that the farmers share is reducing gradually, from 45% in 2001 down to 36% by 2010.
