The Kiener Hills Condominiums are a large block of Apartments/Condominiums about 5 minutes away from Cebu International Airport, and a short walk or tricycle ride from two main shopping centres, the Marina Mall and the Gaisano Island Mall.
The correct address is: Matumbo-Pusok Road, Pusok, Lapu Lapu City 6015
The Kiener Hills Condominiums website starts of with this statement:

But along with being able to purchase these apartments, you can also rent them for short term or long term, using either:
SDR Mactan Apartments at Kiener Hills Condominums.
or
Lancaster Hotel at Kiener Hills Condominums.
From what I can see, the Lancaster Hotels group has purchased various units in these blocks, to use as their own hotel accomodation, but they do NOT have their own hotel sign. Most taxi drivers do know the location though.

The layout for the standard room used by the Lancaster Hotel section is shown in this image from the Kiener Hills Website. The quality of the hotel units is not as good as the ones they advertise for sale.
But,value for money, I was quite happy with my apartment here. It was large enough and comfortable, and I did ask for a special one month promo rate. 🙂
Along with the main central block housing the reception, there are eight more Blocks, as you can see from the aerial view shown here:
Many of the units are currently empty, and by empty I do mean EMPTY, no doors, no windows, no furniture, etc. Just birds flying in and out and maybe even using as big nests.

The room we had is 36 sq metres, a reasonable size, and has a Kitchenette, bathroom with hot water, and a balcony. The balcony is large enough to stand and take a few photos;) It also accommodates the outside unit of the split system Air Conditioner.
