Can Donald Trump end Birthright Citizenship in the US..
There is considerable controversy about whether Donald Trump can end Birthright Citizenship in the US. My guess is that the courts will stop him.
However, it may at some stage end up being amended, so that babies born in the US, to non legals and tourists, may no longer be given automatic citizenship.
My reasoning for this is that so many other countries in the world have already changed their laws in that way.
Canada and the USA are the only 2 remaining developed countries (from 40) to permit babies of non legals and tourists to become Citizens of their countries.
