I want to ask about my baby she was born in Philippine and she has Indian passport now we get her passport last June 2019 and she dont have visa but she has birth certificate in Philippines and were leaving this coming aug we need pay any penalty and how many month,
Having a Birth Certificate does not mean the child is a Philippine Citizen. At birth, the Bureau of Immigration should have been notified and a visa arranged.
All NON Filipinos, born in the Philippines, will need an ECC (Emigration Clearance Certificate), to be allowed to leave the Philippines.
The cost will depend on the age, as visas will need to be brought up to date, so that the ECC can be issued.
Your nearest Bureau of Immigration will be able to confirm the total cost.
