The Russian leadership is complaining about Russian civilians being caught up in the Russian war against Ukraine.
On Tuesday 10th September 2024, Ukraine launched its biggest drone attack so far on the Russian capital.
This attack caused flights to be suspended at Moscow’s key airports, and a number of Multi-storey buildings near Moscow were reported to be on fire.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has preferred to keep Moscow protected from their war, has called Ukrainian drone attacks that target civilian infrastructure “terrorism”.
Putin has been the prime leader of “terrorism”, carried out by Russian forces in their attacks into Ukraine.
Russia itself has hit Ukraine with thousands of missiles and drones in the last two-and-a-half years, killing thousands of civilians, wrecking much of the country’s energy system and damaging commercial and residential properties across the country.
