Ingredients
2kg Beef RoastÂ
1Â pack Onion Soup powder mix
1 litre water
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Mix the water and onion soup mix and place the Beef roast in the clow cooker, adding salt and pepper to taste, cook on low for 9-10 hours.
Result will be a very tender roast, which also, when sliced, is great for makings sandwiches.
