According to government statistics, 26 countries admitted a total of 105,200 refugees in 2014.

The main source of these 105,200 refugees admitted during the year were,

25,800 Iraqi
17,900 Myanmar
11,900 Somalia
8,200 Bhutan
7,100 Democratic Republic of the Congo
6,400 Syrian Arab Republic

The above comprises a total of 77,300 or 73% of the total Refugee Resettlement Programme.

Resettlement Numbers 2014

Under its resettlement programme, the United States of America continued to admit the largest number of refugees worldwide.

12,300 Canada
11,600 Australia
2,000 Sweden
1,300 Norway
1,100 Finland

The above comprises a total of 101,300 or 96% of the total Refugee Resettlement Programme.
