I have noticed that some lists show up to 75 countries, but the above source only shows 54.  The difference is due to some Nations having individual countries making up extra numbers. Examples are the UK being the single member, but this also includes England, Scotland, Wales, etc..

Most of the Commonwealth countries are Republics, and do NOT have the British Monarchy as their Head of State.
