How to Batch Rename Image Files replacing space with hyphen

How to Batch Rename Image Files replacing space with hyphen..

I needed to replace all the space in all jpg files in a single folder, with a hypen.

I looked at various windows commands to do this including the FOR command used from the cmd command in DOS, but it wasn’t very successful.

The easiest solution I found was to use the search and replace function in the FastStone Photo Resizer program of at least version 2.9

This is an image converter and renaming tool that enables users to convert, rename, resize, crop, rotate, change color depth, add text and watermarks to images in a quick and easy batch mode.

This allowed me to search for all spaces and change it for anything I wished.  I did this for a hyphen for 100% success.
