A simple way to remove all the SPAM posts that fill up the of WordPress database..
The Plugin named “Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions” is excellent for removing all comments listed as SPAM that are taking up space in a database, and maybe slowing down a website.
The SPAM removal feature is an option in this plugin, and when activated removes all comments previously marked as spam by plugins such as Akismet. This can be set to run Hourly, Daily or Weekly.
