Google page rankings are an indication of a websites popularity, and consequently the value of a website in advertising terms.

PageRanks go up to 10, with the webs most popular sites being at number 10.

There are many websites with a PageRank of 0, including this one, as it isn’t a major website in any way, shape or from.
